EYE TESTING

Westbury & District Canine Society will be holding eye testing on October 20th at Chapmanslade Village Hall.

The cost is £30/dog  for Members* and £35/dog for Non-Members.

Appointments are from 19:00 to 22:15

*Discount price is for paid up Members as at 1st July 2010

Complete the booking form and send to secretary to book an appointment, there is a £20 deposit required for each appointment required
